What is well known by architects and designers is; that modern buildings consume nearly 40% of all energy used in any country and account for 40% of global CO2 emissions. This rising cost of energy, set amid growing environmental concern has pushed the demand for improved sustainable designs for all building systems; with minimal environmental influence by using environmental sensitive designs and improved construction. Architect schemes comprise separate linked buildings with new public spaces and routes.
